Once we see the form
in the FrontPage edit window, right click on the form and select "FORM
PROPERTIES".

In the FORM
PROPERTIES, select the option to send the results of the form to a DATABASE. Then click
OPTIONS.

On the next page of
the Wizard, select "CREATE DATABASE".
|
|
Wait while FrontPage
creates a Access DATABASE and creates an ODBC connection to it.

|
When FrontPage has
created the DATABASE (that will hold the results of our form), It will display a window
indicating the name of the DATABASE, it's location, and the name of the DATA SOURCE.
The DATA SOURCE
name, (the ODBC connection) is important because it is the name we will use to
"Query" the database NOT the DATABASE name.
