Now we are ready to create a "Query" from our database.

Select INSERT from the toolbar menu. Then select DATABASE and RESULTS.

(Note: If you do not have this option, it means that you do not have FrontPage 2000 extensions installed on the server and/or you do not have ASP installed on the server.)

Select "Use Existing connection", then select: "new_page_2".

The next page of the Wizard asks us for the table that we want to create our "Query" from. In this case there is only 1 table called "Results".

You can choose what fields in the table you want to show in the "Query" on the next page of the Wizard.

In this example FrontPage has created a "Primary Key" field labled: "ID". Typically you don't need to display this field so, in this example, we will indicate that we DO NOT want the "ID" field displayed.

Clicking "Advanced Options" on the previous page in the Wizard takes us to other options.

Here we can select, among other things, the message returned if no records match our "Query".
